The stone masía and its extensive private land are at the centre of the national park of the Gavarres.  Mediterranean gardens and organic olive groves have sweeping views across the green landscape towards the sea. Wander along secluded woodland paths, relax beneath the trees or spend an entire afternoon beside your own spectacular swimming pool.

Thoughtfully restored, the finca combines the character of a traditional country home with elegant modern architecture, beautiful natural surroundings and exceptional comfort. It is a place to slow down, breathe deeply and rediscover the pleasure of having nowhere else to be.

A home for families and friends

Villa CP is designed for people who enjoy being together without having to do everything together. Generous living spaces, five double bedrooms and extensive outdoor areas make it an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends.

Children can enjoy the freedom of the gardens, trampoline, table tennis and swimming pool, while adults find a quiet hammock, a shaded terrace or a peaceful corner of the forest. Gather around the table for long lunches, enjoy warm Mediterranean evenings outdoors and make memories that last long after the holiday ends.

The house offers space for up to ten guests, with comfortable bedrooms, high-quality mattresses and beautifully appointed bathrooms. Large windows and direct access to the garden bring nature into everyday life, while discreet geothermal climate control keeps the interiors comfortable throughout the year.

Contemporary comfort, exceptional details

The restoration brings together traditional finca character and carefully considered contemporary design. Cool, elegant interiors, distinctive textiles and mid-century modern furniture create a relaxed atmosphere that feels luxurious without being formal.

The generous chef's kitchen features top-quality equipment and a large central island, making it as suitable for leisurely family breakfasts as for cooking together in the evening. Exquisite Bisazza tiles, beautifully designed bathrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds add to the experience.

The master suite features an impressive two-metre-wide Coco-Mat bed, while the other bedrooms are furnished with high-quality double or twin beds. Underfloor heating and cooling, powered by a silent geothermal heat pump, ensure a comfortable night's sleep in every season.

Your own spectacular pool

At the heart of the outdoor experience is a magnificent 20-metre infinity pool, exclusively for guests of Villa CP. Its panoramic views extend across the surrounding forest and out to sea.

The pool is supplied with water from a natural well on the estate. Beside the main swimming area, a shallow section provides a place for little ones to splash and play, while the poolside areas are  perfect for relaxing with a book or a drink.

Around the pool, Mediterranean planting, fruit trees and shaded seating create a series of inviting places to spend the day. Enjoy an outdoor meal at the barbecue, stretch out in a hammock or find a sunny spot for an afternoon siesta.

Please note: the pool is not fenced. Young children who cannot swim must be supervised at all times.

An ancient forest at your doorstep

Villa CP sits within the remarkable landscape of the Gavarres, a protected natural area of cork oak and pine forest that has shaped this part of Catalonia for thousands of years.

The estate includes organic olive groves, a large private forest and a very large, fenced garden. Walk or cycle straight from the house along quiet, shaded paths, discover secluded places beneath the trees and enjoy the rare feeling of being immersed in nature, far from roads, crowds and everyday noise.

Beyond the estate, thousands of hectares of protected woodland offer countless opportunities for hiking, cycling and exploring. Bring a picnic, follow a forest trail or simply wander without a destination.

One of the simplest pleasures here is forest bathing: slowing down, breathing the scented air, listening to the birds and noticing the changing light through the trees. It is a wonderful way to leave the pressures of everyday life behind.

Organic olive groves and the pleasures of the countryside

The estate's organic olive groves are part of its distinctive Mediterranean character. We produce our own organic olive oil — our very own liquid gold — a small but meaningful expression of the land and the way we live here.

A sustainable approach to luxury

Respect for the natural surroundings is central to the design of Villa CP. The restoration combines contemporary comfort with measures intended to reduce its environmental footprint.

A geothermal heat pump provides efficient heating and underfloor cooling. Natural cork insulation, sourced from locally cultivated cork oak, works together with careful orientation, shading and cross-ventilation to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.

Water is treated and re-used for garden irrigation through our natural reed-bed systems, and our photovoltaic solar panels generate around half of the property's annual energy requirements.

The result is a comfortable, contemporary home that sits thoughtfully within its landscape.

Beautifully situated for exploring Catalonia

Although Villa CP feels wonderfully secluded, some of the region's most appealing destinations are within easy reach.

Girona — 20 minutes

Discover the atmospheric medieval old town, historic streets, independent shops, excellent restaurants and lively café terraces. Girona is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or enjoy a memorable dinner.

The Costa Brava — 25 minutes

Explore sandy beaches, hidden coves, charming villages and the clear Mediterranean waters that make this coastline so special.

Barcelona — 75 minutes

The Catalan capital offers architecture, art, culture, shopping and an extraordinary food scene, making it an appealing day trip.

The countryside and mountains

Traditional villages, scenic cycling routes, forest trails and the foothills of the Pyrenees offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures. 

You can spend your entire stay enjoying the privacy of the estate, or use Villa CP as a peaceful base from which to discover the best of Catalonia.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa CP accommodates up to ten guests in five double bedrooms. 

Master bedroom, sleeps 2, huge Coco-mat bed (2m x 2m), en suite bathroom with 2 showers, 2 basins, wc, bidet, bath and outside shower. Under floor heating/cooling.

Bedroom 2, sleeps 2, twin beds, disabled access, bathroom with shower, wc, basin. Under floor heating/cooling.

Bedroom 3, sleeps 2, double bed, shared bathroom with bedroom 4 (shower, wc, 2 basins). Under floor heating/cooling.

Bedroom 4, same as bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 (annex), sleeps 2, double bed, en suite shower, wc, basin. Air conditioning. 

All bedrooms have large windows, shutters and direct access to the garden. 

Accessibility

The house and garden offer wheelchair access to many areas, including bedroom 2 and its bathroom. Please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Getting around

A car is essential for exploring the region. Free parking is available on the property for several vehicles.
